Avalon Cabinetry did an impressive job on our custom kitchen in record time. They came in a pinch after the failure of another company and gave us not just a beautiful & modern design, but a quality product that looks amazing. Their customer service has gone a step beyond in making sure everything was working as it should, adjusting where the installer didn't do quite everything perfectly. Jan saw to it the design was implemented as we planned and kept me in the loop when I was unable to be on sight. She went to the job site to make sure it was all going according to plan! After installation, Joe came out and made all the adjustments necessary to make sure all reveals were exact, hinges aligned as they should and all the openers/ closers worked perfectly.
The quality of Avalon’s product is top notch. The fact it was manufactured locally is even better. (If you have the opportunity to visit the manufacturing facility, you WILL BE IMPRESSED!) I could not be happier with both the experience AND the product. Jan was really great to work with, helping to provide a seamless design from inception through installation. As a homeowner, I would highly recommend Avalon Cabinetry. From the showroom to customer service everything was excellent. When the kitchen was ready for final measurements, Avalon personnel came to the house. The cabinets were delivered and our contractor was able to do the installation immediately.
